NSS Wing @ GNA University organized Welfare Drive in the orphanage Unique Home- a trust named after Bhai Ghanayya Ji, a disciple of Guru Gobind Singh, Jalandhar. The sole objective behind this Drive was to spread happiness and joy among all the kids by celebrating Christmas and New Year. The GNA Business School NSS Volunteers contributed for this noble drive by whole heartedly contributing money and commodities like clothes, toys and stationery.
The Drive also let the experience feeling of togetherness and extreme warmth and students learnt the lessons of forgiveness, kindness and gratitude. The students of GNA Business School participated in this activity with full enthusiasm and deep rooted concern to serve the humanity under the stewardship of Dean GBS, Dr. Sameer Varma.
Mr. Gurdeep Singh Sihra, the Pro-Chancellor, GNA University expressed, “I appreciate the efforts done by GBS NSS volunteers for organizing such welfare drives.”
Mr. Gurmeet Singh, the NSS Coordinator said, “I acknowledge the zeal of the students in being a part of this Drive and I appreciate all the students for showcasing their concern and true warmth to all the people.” Ms. Neetu, Dr Ashutosh Verma and Dr.Manpreet kaur, faculty GNA Business School took lead and initiative in taking the volunteers for a philanthropic mission.
