NTF Group visited GNA University’s Faculty of Engineering Design and Automation, Phagwara hunting talented Design Engineers. The Company selected 15 Students for Technical and HR Finals from the walk-in pool whose interview rounds included General Aptitude, Group Discussion, Case Study and Behavioural Simulative Analysis in Campus.

Mr. Satyender Yadav AGM HR & Admin and Mr. Pritpal Parkash AGM Design of the NTF Group personally interacted with the candidates to test their CAD/CAM/CAE and FDM knowledge. He delightfully shared his views that students already have knowledge on modern techniques of CAD, CAM, CAE and PLM used in modern industries.
Mr. Satyender Yadav discussed with Mr. Gurdeep Sihra, CEO, GNA Gears Ltd. cum Pro-Chancellor, GNA University, about taking collaborated initiative to explore skilled manpower which is demand of modern automotive industries, styling & product designing and digital manufacturing. He congratulated Mr. Sihra for running advance B.Tech Mechanical and Automation Engineering & B.Tech Robotics and Automation Engineering which is bridging down the gap between academic institute and industrial requirements.
Mr. Satyender Yadav also interacted with the students of MBA and added that principal philosophy is “Design is inevitable”. That a society can’t survive without a strong desire to create new products and services. For every progressive society, it is very important to keep itself ahead of the times to design for the future. He also gave presentation on the latest trends and technologies in the automotive styling, designing and manufacturing.
Mr. C.R. Tripathy, Dean Faculty of Engineering Design and Automation said, “The placement cell has been formed with the aim to achieve 100 per cent placement of the students in the field of Advance technologies like CAD/CAM/CAE and Robotics.” On the closing note, Dr. V.K. Rattan, the Vice-Chancellor and Dr. Monika Hanspal, the Dean Academics GNA University thanked the delegates along with the token of gratitude.
