GNA University, School of Hospitality (SOH) organised“Aaharutsav”, 1-day Food Festival in order to begin the celebration of Independence Day with the Institution Innovation Council. This special day was chosen to give the students freedom to overcome all their hesitations and fears and come up with innovative ideas and plans for the set-up of the food stalls for this festival.The objective of the event is to enhance the culinary skills, knowledge and revenue management of the participants.The aim of the event is to provide individuals with the ability to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.

SOH is known for providing hands-on training to students and for developing a sense and vision that inculcates entrepreneurs’ skills among students. Apart from cooking, this festival reminded students about “Unity in Diversity”” by organizing a variety of food items from different parts of India under one umbrella.
