GNA University under its flagship academic initiative Corporate Knowledge Infusion Series in the GNA Business School organised the foremost panel discussion on the theme “Achieving Marketing Resilience in Turbulent Times”. The main objective of this event was to acquaint the students with the changing industry or business trends, practices and strategies.

The panel comprised of eminent dignitaries- Mr. Atin Khanna, Vice President & Priority Circle Manager, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Noida; Mr. Dilpreet Singh, Head CRM and Loyalty, The Oberoi Group, New Delhi and Mr. Rahul Shrivastava, Head BD and Strategic Initiatives, Cambay Engineering Services, Hyderabad.

The panel discussion commenced with the welcome. The panelists took relevant examples based on their knowledge, experience and learning from various business segments such as banking and financial, hotel, FMCG, etc. to acquaint the students with the strategies employed by the business managers and marketers to increase the customer confidence, trust and engagement among the B2C / B2B consumers to generate loyal consumers with higher patronage value.

The panel discussion was quite interactive, as students and faculty members asked relevant queries to the panellists which were appropriately handled and answered. The panel discussion ended with the vote of thanks presented by Dr. Sameer Varma (Dean, GNA Business School), wherein he highlighted the relevance of continuously synthesizing the business environment for identifying opportunities and threats for meaningful updation of the corporate strategies during the turbulent times.
