GNA University organized a campus placement drive for the students of B.Tech Mechanical and Automation Engineering & B.Tech Robotics and Automation Engineering by Marshal Machines Ludhiana. Panel of two competent members, Mr. Vishal Kumar, Sr. Manager HR and Mr. Simranjit, Sr. Manager PPC conducted the interviews for the Engineering students.
The Panel members were welcomed with bouquets and memento as a token of appreciation and respect. Panel members showed their keen enthusiasm in conducting the Campus recruitment drive for the next year as well. The programme commenced with a warm welcome of Marshal Machines team as followed by a small presentation by Mr. Vishal Kumar who gave a detailed knowledge of the company and the job role.
After that the following rounds of interview were conducted Initial screening and assessment of communication skills, Communication assessment, Technical Interview / Operations Interview and HR Interview. Around 50 candidates participated in the campus recruitment drive, out of which 20 candidates were qualified after the first round. Qualified candidates were then assessed on their communication skills, after which 15 candidates were shortlisted. Overall experience and feedback of Marshal Machine’s recruitment team was very positive as the need of their organization to search the right talent to drive its business objectives were fulfilled by the students and the Campus Recruitment Drive conducted.
The Company’s officials congratulated S. Gurdeep Singh Sihra, the Pro- Chancellor, GNA University and CEO GNA Gears for running advance courses in the University. Mr. C.R. Tripathy Dean Faculty of Engineering Design and Automation motivated & supported in every aspect for the successful conduction of this campus drive & quoted how such programmes were essential for boosting the confidence of students and for the strong image of our Institute by building a bridge between prestigious Organisations and GNA University.
